Management Fee Adjustment Policy

Your management fee only adjusts when you approve a budget increase that qualifies for the next tier.
Fee Adjustments Apply the Next Billing Cycle
Once you approve a tier change, your new management fee is reflected in the next pay period — never retroactively.
No Fee Increase for Temporary Spikes
If your ad spend temporarily exceeds your current tier but doesn’t consistently reach the next threshold, your fee remains the same.
Example
You’re currently in the Local Domination Plan ($1,297/mo) with $1,800 ad spend.
You approve an increase to $2,500/month.
You’ll move into the Market Expansion Plan at $1,497/month.
The new fee begins the following billing cycle.
If spend briefly rises to $2,100 but returns to $1,800, you stay in your current tier — no change to your fee.
