Q: Why haven’t you resolved my queries yet?
A: All queries are important to us, and we attempt to resolve them as soon as possible. We start with the most important queries on your to do list, and then move down to the least important.
Sometimes, we run out of ‘hours’ each month, and queries will move on to the next month. All CCWD clients determine a MAX hour limit, so we do not surpass your budget. If you would like to adjust your max hours, please do so through your edit max hours link in ccwdsupport.com.
