Independant contractors have a 48 hour response time, while employees have a same day response time to any and all emails and calls received before 4pm PST. Contractors are required to have all necessary programs / skills to perform their tasks, while employees will be trained and the necessary programs will be provided. Messages in before 4pm on any business day need to be returned same day, even if its just to say someone will be in touch to address the message tomorrow. All emails before 4pm also need to be routed same day to the correct department.
